HVAC and Refrigeration Pressure & Temperature Controls

The various functions of pressure controls can be divided into control and protection. Compressor cycling, pump-down or defrost control are examples of control functions, while protection functions include pressure limiting and cut out against excessive pressures, against loss of charge or for freeze protection.

Designed for use on high and low pressure in refrigeration and heat pump systems, the PS1 and PS2 Series are respectively single and dual adjustable pressure controls.

Manufactured especially for OEM needs, the PS3 and PS4 Series are pressure controls with fixed switch point settings.

As for oil pressure safety control used in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning application, the Differential Pressure Controls Series FD-113 senses the effective oil pressure on pressure lubricate compressors and energizes a time delay when necessary.

Adjustable switch point and differential are built into the TS1 Series of mechanical thermostats.

PS1 Pressure Switch Single

PS1 Pressure Switch Single

PS1 Single Pressure Controls provide single-device control of the compressor and other electrical device.

PS2 Pressure Switch Dual

PS2 Pressure Switch Dual

This control reacts to changes in either low or high side pressure in refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems.

PS3 Pressure Switch

PS3 Pressure Switch

Compact pressure switch with fixed switch-point settings.

PS4

PS4 Pressure Switch

Pressure switch with fixed settings for OEM applications.

PSC Series Mini Pressure Control

PSC Series Mini Pressure Control

The PSC Mini Pressure Control provides ultimate reliability and flexibility in a commercial grade mini pressure control.

FF444 Series Industrial Pressure Controls

FF444 Series Industrial Pressure Controls

General purpose switches suitable for oil, water and air at pressures.

FD113-ZUK Oil Pressure Safety

FD113-ZUK Oil Pressure Safety

The FD113 Oil Pressure Safety Control senses oil pressure on pressure lubricate compressors. If inadequate oil pressure exists, a time delay is energized. If the oil pressure does not recover to safe levels within the time delay setting, the compressor is shut down.

TS1 Top Operated

TS1 Temperature Controls

Designed to sense space or surface temperature in cooling or heating applications for cycling and alarm applications.

CPHE Mechanical Pressure Regulators

CPHE Mechanical Pressure Regulators

Used in refrigeration systems to compensate the effects of system load variations and ambient temperature variations.

PRE, PRC Mechanical Pressure Regulators

PRE, PRC Mechanical Pressure Regulators

Maintaining evaporator pressure above predetermined values.
