Rebranding timeline

Copeland Timeline

All products within the Copeland portfolio will undergo a brand change this coming year. Some will reflect an updated logo and look, while others will be rebranded to Copeland. The timing of these changes will vary by product, and branding treatments may differ across products, packaging and supporting content during the transition period. All rebranding efforts will be complete in 2025.

Sustainability in our DNA

Sustainability is in our DNA

For more than a century, Copeland and our product brands have been known for providing sustainable climate solutions in residential, commercial, and industrial markets globally. Today, we’re addressing environmental mega-trends — climate change, population growth and electricity demands — by helping our customers reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency in their heating, cooling and refrigeration systems.

FAQs

Which products and services will fall under Copeland?

In addition to our core compressor lineups, we are migrating our comprehensive controls portfolio (i.e., rack, system, facility, environmental and flow controls), enterprise management software and services, cargo monitoring and transport solutions, as well as other key enabling components to the Copeland brand. You will see branding updates to these products throughout the next year as we complete this transition.

Why are you rebranding everything under Copeland?

Copeland is now a standalone company. As the global leader in sustainable heating, cooling and refrigeration solutions for residential, industrial and commercial sectors, we create solutions that help our customers to reduce their carbon footprints and improve energy efficiency. Removing the Emerson brand from our products is a necessary step in our transition, which will enable more consistent branding across the whole product portfolio and unite our industry-leading products and solutions under the Copeland brand.

Will anything be changing for me?

Aside from the rebranding changes, you can expect to conduct business as usual with Copeland. You can continue to work with your Copeland contacts as you always have. We will ensure open communication and a smooth transition if any changes are necessary.

Will the current products and services I receive stay the same?

Our products are not changing as a result of the rebranding transition process. However, we will continue to build upon our product portfolios to introduce new technologies that help our customers reduce their carbon footprints and shift to more energy-efficient heating and cooling technologies.

Will my sales rep and/or contact be changing? Who do I reach out to now?

The way you interact with Copeland will stay the same during this transition period, including daily processes such as ordering or contacting our customer service team.  Please continue to reach out to your existing Copeland contacts for support with anything you need.

Will my products look different? Will the ways I receive them change?

Over the next year, product labeling and packaging will migrate to Copeland branding. The ways you receive these products will not change. Please refer to branding details (above) to see how your specific products will be transitioned.

Do I still buy from the same wholesaler?

Yes. All existing wholesaler relationships will stay the same.  Branches will continue to sell the product lines they previously offered before the company transition.

Will the ways I order, pay and/or invoice change?

No. The ways you interact with our systems and personnel will not change.

How does the rebranding benefit me? Are there new products or solutions being offered?

The rebranding enables Copeland to offer you the most reliable, sustainable and trusted products in one cohesive portfolio. Our strategic approach to product integration and commitment to innovation will equip us to deliver next-gen solutions that address HVACR’s most pressing challenges.
